What is Cold Brew Coffee?
Traditional coffee making releases acid, oils and an undesirable bitter taste. Taste the difference when you prepare coffee with the Rummershof Cold Brew Coffee Maker in the future!
This releases only natural flavours, which create a balanced, smooth, concentrated coffee, which can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
The airtight lid allows the cold-brewed coffee to be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Put 14-16 tablespoons of your favourite coffee (preferably freshly ground) in the filter. Then screw the filter into the lid.
Add 1 litre of water to the decanter and insert the filter.
Close the decanter to form an airtight seal and shake it thoroughly. Then leave the Cold Brew Coffee Maker in the fridge overnight (from 12 to a maximum of 36 hours). Open the decanter occasionally and stir the water with the filter.
Remove the filter (infuser) after the brewing process. You now have your cold-brewed, concentrated coffee.
Serve cold or hot:
For hot coffee, mix 1 part of cold-brewed coffee with 2 parts of hot water.
For iced coffee, simply mix the undiluted coffee with milk or cream and add ice cubes, sugar or sweetener as required.
Waterproof lid: the tightly lockable thread keeps the concentrated coffee fresh for up to two weeks. The coffee maker can also be stored horizontally.
Filter (infuser): the infuser strains very finely to ensure that only the delicious natural aromas of the coffee are extracted.
Anti-slip handle: the soft, slip-resistant silicone handle ensures a secure grip when pouring.
Coffee Maker decanter: the decanter, made from innovative BPA-free Tritan plastic, can hold a wide range of temperatures, from boiling hot to ice cold, and is shock-resistant.
Fits in the fridge door.
